Modi praised Unified Payments Interface (UPI), which has transformed payments in India. "While other countries still rely on physical wallets, in India, people carry their wallets in their phones," he said, drawing applause from the audience. He also mentioned DigiLocker, which allows Indians to store important documents digitally, and Digi Yatra, which makes air travel smoother and more convenient.

India’s Semiconductor Growth

PM Modi spoke about India's rising role in the semiconductor sector. Last year, the government introduced incentives to boost semiconductor manufacturing, and now, companies like Micron have started building factories in India. "Soon, you will see 'Made in India' chips powering devices here in the U.S. and around the world," he added.

Leading the Way in Technology

Modi assured the audience that India is determined to continue its progress. "India will not stop, we want more and more devices around the world to have 'Made in India' labels," he said, signaling India’s goal to become a global tech leader.
