In a recent announcement, Susanne Pulverer, CEO and CSO of IKEA India, shared the company’s vision for enhancing home life. She noted that many Indians struggle with sleep issues, and Ikea plans to address this with more than just mattresses. “Sleep is a crucial part of life,” Pulverer explained. “We’ve learned that improving sleep involves more than just comfort—it includes a range of factors that we’re now addressing with our new solutions.”

Ikea’s latest products focus on creating better sleep environments and overall bedroom improvement. Pulverer emphasized the importance of a holistic approach to sleep, hoping to encourage customers to explore complete solutions for enhancing their sleep quality.

In addition to sleep solutions, Ikea is embracing technological advancements. The company has incorporated artificial intelligence (AI) into both its manufacturing processes and customer services. Pulverer highlighted Ikea’s new AI tool, Kreativ, which helps users design their rooms by scanning their spaces, removing unwanted furniture, and replacing it with Ikea products. The tool also allows users to visualize changes and place orders effortlessly.

Ikea is also updating its food menu and launching a special home furnishing range for the upcoming festive season. These changes are aimed at attracting more customers to both physical stores and online platforms, blending practical solutions with festive offerings.
