Bengaluru-based startup spire.ai has unveiled an AI-powered assistant designed to address key hiring challenges faced by enterprises. The AI assistant helps companies manage and develop their workforce by identifying skill gaps, mapping competencies, and providing real-time career recommendations to employees, significantly improving internal resource management.
In a bid to help enterprises stay competitive in a rapidly changing business environment, Spire.ai’s AI assistant leverages a Large Graph Model (LGM) featuring over 10 million graph nodes. This model captures data from 26 industries, processing job descriptions, industry trends, and learning materials to create a dynamic and evolving skill framework.
"Companies often face a challenge aligning talent with project demands. Our AI assistant helps solve this by analyzing existing skills within the organization and providing actionable insights for reskilling and upskilling," said Saurabh Jain, Founder and CEO of Spire.ai.
The AI assistant's Spiral Bot Engine integrates with data management systems, analyzing unstructured data and supporting over 250 languages. While the current model operates without traditional large language models (LLMs), Jain hinted at future developments that could enhance user interaction through intelligent conversation-driven AI systems.
Spire.ai is already serving large enterprises in IT, telecom, and insurance sectors in India, and plans to launch a version tailored for smaller enterprises later this year.
