In a recent interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson, Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, made headlines by expressing his unwavering support for former President Donald Trump. During the discussion, Musk declared that he is "all in" on Trump and emphasized his concerns about the implications of a potential Trump loss in the 2024 election.
“If [Trump] loses, I’m f**ked,” Musk told Carlson, revealing his personal stakes in the election's outcome. Musk’s strong endorsement of Trump has become increasingly evident, especially following his appearance at a Pennsylvania rally alongside the former president.
The event marked a significant show of support, with Musk taking the stage to cheers from the crowd and humorously declaring, “I’m not just MAGA, I’m dark MAGA.” His presence at the rally, which took place at the same site where Trump survived an assassination attempt, further solidified his alignment with the former president’s political agenda.
During the interview, Musk voiced concerns about the impact of immigration on future elections. He suggested that migrants were being deliberately brought into key swing states, where they could eventually gain citizenship and vote for Democrats, thereby shifting the balance in these critical states. "Now these swing-state margins are sometimes ten, twenty thousand votes. So what happens if you put hundreds of thousands of people into each swing state?" Musk asked.
Musk also shared his belief that a second Democratic administration would lead to significant changes in the electoral landscape, predicting that the legalization of large numbers of undocumented immigrants could effectively eliminate swing states, turning the U.S. into a "single-party country."
Carlson, reflecting on Musk's vocal support for Trump, posed the question of whether Musk would face challenges if Trump lost. Musk responded with characteristic humor, asking, "How long do you think my prison sentence is gonna be? Will I see my children? I don't know."
As the 2024 election looms, Musk's comments have ignited further discussion about his growing political involvement and outspoken support for Trump.
